The studio may be closing, but Faces You Love is not!
After much deliberation and consideration, I’ve made the tough decision to not renew my studio lease. Did you know commercial leases are typically 3-5 years long (at least)? My lease is up on August 31st, and renewing would have meant committing to my very large monthly rent and expenses through August of 2028. Here’s the thing, I have big goals for this business and if I continue renting it will only delay the attaining of those goals. By making the hard decision to step back from studio ownership for a brief period, it will help propel me towards my ultimate goals that much faster!
So what’s next?
I’ll continue working out of my Indian Creek Parkway studio through the end of August, so let’s get you scheduled! (And pssst – my studio mini days in August will be $100 off!)
Beginning in September, sessions will happen in a variety of locations all depending on client needs: I may rent studio space (plenty of choices around the metro), I may set up in your business or home, I may think outside the box and rent an event space or co-working conference room. Bottom line: your needs will continue to be met and service will exceed your expectations!
There will be a large studio garage sale happening the weekend of August 23rd! Be watching my social media channels for that info and to see what goodies I’ll be parting with.
Whether this temporary situation lasts only a couple of months, six months (like last time I did this), or a year, I’m confident that it’s the best move for the health, vitality, and future of Faces You Love!
