I was going through older files and blog posts, and realized I never blogged this gorgeous session from late last fall! What?! Clearly I needed to rectify that STAT, even if it means putting off the editing pile for 15 more minutes…
This was a return family for me – I had photographed their sweet boy as a newborn (and several more times since that) 2 years earlier, and was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph their baby girl.
In pre-session questionnaires and discussions, mom mentioned that the nursery would be floral and she wanted to use bolder tones and colors… Done! This is why choosing your newborn photographer earlier in your pregnancy is great – more customizations and dreaming by the photographer is possible!
She slept beautifully for much of her session (but even when awake was adorable), big brother was excited to be in some portraits with her, and the family was such a joy to work with again!
