Fall Mini Photos Kansas City 2025

Mini sessions are best when used for your immediate family! If you have other family members you’d like a few pictures with, please consult with Helen before booking; the solution may be for you to book back to back sessions, but we like to take this on a case by case basis.

Your session time and 3 digital files of your choice at the ordering appointment, plus I’ll throw in small, matted print copies of each ordered image. Upgrades/extra images will be available for purchase.

I have you in and out in 20 minutes max! Maybe that’s why dads are often on board with a mini….

Absolutely! Whether those individuals are for each child, a few maternity portraits, or simply because you need an updated headshot, we’ll have time for those individual poses plus group poses.

Definitely “no” to the cake, and the new baby is a “sort of”. I won’t pose your new baby on their own, especially given that we’ll be outside, but am happy to capture family and sibling photos of all of you!

We’ll be ready for your ordering appointment the week after your session, and once you’ve chosen and purchased your favorites, the turn around time ranges from 1 week to 4 weeks, depending on what you purchased (shorter time for just digitals, longer time if you wanted wall art).

This is a super common situation, and as a sports parent myself I totally empathize! Many times over the years, parents have gotten lucky and the date and time picked doesn’t collide with games scheduled the same day. In the situations where a sports schedule comes out and we discover a conflict, I have always been able to move that family to an earlier or later time, or even a swap with someone on the other mini session date. Don’t stress – I’ll take care of you!
