Our children do just a bit of growing in the first year of life… {spoiler alert – it gets crazy again in the pre-teen and teen years!} All that growth and change makes it easy for parents to want my Watch Me Grow baby plan. This sweet guy is actually the third member of his family to complete a Watch Me Grow plan with me! What an honor for me, to get to watch him and his siblings grow up right before my camera lens. All the love in the world to them!
His newborn session happened at my old south Kansas City studio, his sitter session outdoors, and then his one year session at my new Overland Park studio!
That quilt and polar bear pictured above made an appearance at all three of his sessions. His older brother and sister had similar quilts and stuffed animals that were used at all of their sessions as well. I love when I can incorporate those special touches into sessions!
Littlest man wasn’t the only one to do some serious growing up in the last year! The three of them won’t fit on that couch next time!
And what’s a one year session without a cake smash?! It should be noted, we had pretty low expectations here, given his siblings’ history… But he did great!
