Two years ago today, a group of us photographers (all moms of preemies ourselves) descended on the NICU at Saint Luke’s on the Plaza, in Kansas City. Adorable little “costumes” had been made for the tiny patients, and we were there to donate our time and capture the cuteness. We did it again, a year ago today… and guess what? We did it today! How is it that we randomly keep picking the same exact date for this?!
I give you some of the tiny little fighters, who even though are hospitalized right now, still got to enjoy a moment of adorable normalcy with their families – a costume party! I’m excited to finish editing all of the images from the morning and send them off to their parents in the next few days!
