Tiny Newborn Session

While there are hundreds of newborn photographers in Kansas City, there aren’t quite that many ways to do a newborn session itself… there are a few options though! When moms think of newborn photos, they think of two main styles – traditional posed newborn sessions (like I typically offer), and lifestyle newborn sessions done in home. Faces You Love is adding something new to the list though – Tiny Newborn Sessions! These are a new addition to my lineup of newborn sessions for Kansas City area babies, and are essentially a mini session.

Tiny Newborn Sessions happen at my Kansas City studio and only last an hour, versus the usual 2-2.5 hours. The session is all about baby only, and features all wrapped images. As you’ll see below, I can capture quite a lot in only an hour, especially if your baby is in a sleepy mood! (To see a session with a not-as-sleepy baby, check out this recent post.)

While one way this session style can be so speedy is by having pre-designed sets out and ready to go, I’m also happy to incorporate something special the family brings… like a gorgeous blanket, handmade just for baby (last picture)!
